HOSPITALITY 201

Hospitality 201 is one of TRC’s most integral collaborators. We regularly source edible flowers, herbs, and produce from our farms to incorporate into their unique recipes, which often have a sustainable focus. 

Founded by Carley Gaskin and Josh Fossitt, H201 is a boutique catering company that specializes in bringing the best cocktails from award-winning bartenders across Chicago and some of the city’s finest bars and restaurants to private and industry events and classes. H201 also works with name brands in the cocktail industry to create and execute small- and large-scale events. Together with TRC, they partner to offer cocktail classes using honey and products grown at our farms.
